US Airways
US Airways is an American Airline company with headquarter in the city of Tempe, Arizona. US Airways is not a small airline by any twist of the imagination. As a matter of fact, the airline is actually quite to the contrary, with US Airways being the fifth largest airline company out there to date. US Airways operates their business with nearly 250 jet sized planes and nearly 350 smaller aircraft, operated under the America West name as an express carrier. US Airways livery is certainly a one of a kind when it comes to the runway, but it still maintains that classy appeal. The plane itself is fairly plain, with the words US AIRWAYS emblazoned across the side, but the tail itselt is truly an original with blue, orange, and white stripes on the tail fin.

The company was founded in 1936,but not under the name US Airways. US Airways was originally called All-American Aviation, strangely enough and it was founded by the men of the Du Pont Family. After the Airline Deregulation Act, the name of the airline was changed from All American Aviation to USAir in the year of 1979. After changing the name of the airline, the company later launched the first Boeing 737 planes, and headed them straight for Florida. In 1996, the real US Airways was finally born, and thngs have been taking off ever since then.
